Processing time
- Wyns processes withdrawals within up to 3 business days, 6:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.
- Bank transfers then take another 3–5 business days.
- You can have at most 3 pending withdrawal requests at a time.
Limits in AUD by VIP level
There is no fixed minimum or maximum per withdrawal; instead, daily and monthly limits depend on your VIP level (clause 6.11):

The deposit-turnover rule (10–15% fee)
Each deposit has to be wagered at least once (x1) before you withdraw it. If not, Wyns may keep a fee of 10%, or 15% for deposits by card or bank transfer. More on deposits: minimum deposit and methods.
Verification (KYC)
Wyns can ask for documents before or after a deposit or withdrawal. You must provide them within 30 days; the terms say checks usually take up to 10 days, while Wyns' help centre says 24–48 hours.
Bonuses and withdrawals
Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering (x35 on deposit + bonus for the casino welcome package), and the maximum you can cash out from a deposit bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Details: Wyns bonus terms.
If a withdrawal is delayed
- Check that verification is complete and no bonus wagering is still running.
- Check the deposit-turnover rule above.
- Write to complaints@wyns.com; Wyns says it answers within 10 days (clause 13.7).
- If unresolved, clause 13.8 points to AskGamblers' complaint service. There is no Australian regulator to complain to.
Withdrawal methods
Wyns does not publish a payments page we could read (wyns.com/au/payments returned 404 on 6 October 2026). Its terms and promotions mention AUD and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP and USDC. We do not list card or e-wallet withdrawal methods we could not confirm.
